Hello!! I am Gemma, a fit and healthy Personal Trainer who leads an incredible life!

I am one of the lucky ones who realized having PCOS was actually a fantastic reason to attract great health!

I believe that everything happens for a reason and I am highly grateful to my body for withstanding the amazing feats that I have made it do!

I joined a gym at 18 years old and I really loved it. It took such a short amount of time for me to feel the benefits of my training as it made me feel great and balanced. I loved it so much that I made it my career and even competed in female strength competitions like the World’s Strongest Woman where I placed second!

But my greatest achievement to date is most definitely the birth of our amazing son who we conceived naturally by using a specific training program that I designed to get my body in correct working order.

I have discovered like many others who have their PCOS naturally and successfully under control that it so important to embrace the fitness lifestyle as your own alongside a great nutritional program, and the success that I have seen through this is just amazing!
