First Regular Period with Vitex 750

Wow, I have been taking it for 1 month now, 2 pills a day. I have never in my life had a regular period. But this month I did.

It only lasted 8 days; that is good for me considering I normally bleed for months. I did have bad cramps the first time in my life this month! But it was a normal period!

Which means i am ovulating.

I am so happy. Nothing has worked for me ever. Vitex 750 did.

I am only 24 years old and I will keep taking Vitex until I am ready to have a baby. I was diagnosed with PCOS 1 1/2 year ago. I knew I had it thou it wasn't a big shock, but now that I am treating it i feel better. Thank you, thank you so much!

Vitex and pregnancy

Is Vitex OK to take after you ovulate and/or during pregnancy? I've always stopped taking it when I ovulate, and the times that I have been pregnant and miscarried I have had low progesterone.

I got the supplement from our natural foods store here in town. It is made by Solaray. It's 400 mg per capsule. The only 2 ingredients are gelatin (capsule) and Vitex Agnus-Castus. I started this morning by taking 2 when I woke up so we will see how it works. I am pretty much wiling to try everything after 2 1/2 years at this. Thank you for the feedback!

It is suggested you take 1-2 capsules of Vitex 750 first thing in the morning if you have PCOS and low progesterone concerns.

What was the potency and quality of the vitex you were taking? The potency and quality of Vitex 750 has been verified by independent laboratory analysis. Some products are ineffective because they don't contain what is advertised on the label, and/or the amount of active ingredient is very small.

Question about Vitex

Can you tell me when you were taking the Vitex. I purchased it at our natural foods store and was very disappointed in the directions on the package...they are very unclear, I just want to make sure I am taking them in a way that will benefit me the most. I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago and I am REALLY ready to beat it!!!!!
