It was a miracle after using this regimen; I had my cycle a week after I took it.
I have been experiencing a lot in life depression and symptoms that any woman can possibly have no periods every month and all the other such as not feeling as a woman.
I am so blessed I have found this site, and thanks a lot for helping me wanting to continue regimen again.
I hope to see more improvements and hope for a child.

When you mention a regimen, I assume you're referring to one or more of the products in our online PCOS supplements store. These nutritional supplements are intended to help anyone with polycystic ovary syndrome and lack of a normal cycle to regain a degree of normalcy.
As we've said elsewhere on this site, an improved diet plays a huge role in correcting any hormonal imbalance.
A complete regimen would include all of these measures:
- Better diet
- Increased exercise
- Selected nutritional supplements
- Adequate sleep
- Stress management
- Health care support and lab testing.
Anyone who does all six things listed above will have an excellent chance to correct the health problems associated with PCOS. Even if you do one or two of these things, you can make significant progress. But if you can do all six, your progress will be greatly accelerated.
